Payment information: processed securely through our payment processor, Clover. mewelo does not store your full payment card details.

We use your information to provide telehealth evaluations and treatment, coordinate prescriptions with licensed pharmacies, process membership payments, communicate with you about your care and account, improve our Services, and, where you have opted in, send marketing communications.

We may share your information with your treating medical providers, affiliated or partner pharmacies for prescription fulfillment, our payment processor (Clover), service providers who support our operations under confidentiality obligations, and as required by law or legal process. We do not sell your personal information.

To the extent we collect protected health information in connection with your care, that information is handled in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
