Terms of Service

Welcome to mewelo (“mewelo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a brand operated by Nanoom Medical Group Inc. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mewelo website, telehealth services, membership programs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Section 1 — Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. Telehealth services are available to eligible residents nationwide where permitted by law; in-person clinic services are currently available only to residents of California and Maryland.

Section 2 — Description of Services

mewelo provides access to physician-supervised weight management programs, including telehealth evaluations, provider consultations, GLP-1 medication management (when medically appropriate), lifestyle coaching, and, for eligible members, in-person services at mewelo clinic locations in California and Maryland. Services are provided by independently licensed medical providers and coordinated through licensed pharmacies.

Section 3 — Not Emergency Care

The Services are not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

Section 4 — Medical Disclaimer

All prescribing decisions are made solely at the clinical judgment of your treating provider based on your health history and evaluation. Enrollment in a membership plan does not guarantee that any specific medication will be prescribed. Individual results vary, and mewelo makes no guarantees regarding weight loss outcomes or treatment results.

Section 5 — Membership Plans and Billing

Membership plans (Basic, Medicine, Premium Hybrid) are billed on a recurring monthly subscription basis through our payment processor, Clover. By enrolling, you authorize mewelo to charge your payment method automatically each billing cycle until you cancel.

No refunds: Payments already processed are non-refundable, including partial months.

Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time through your account or by contacting mewelo@nanoommed.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles.

Prices are subject to change with advance notice.

Section 6 — User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current health and account information. Providing false or misleading health information may result in denial or discontinuation of Services.

Section 7 — Intellectual Property

All content on the mewelo website and platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Nanoom Medical Group Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Section 8 — Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by providing false health information, attempting to obtain medication through misrepresentation, interfering with the platform’s operation, or using the Services for any unlawful purpose.

Section 9 — Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nanoom Medical Group Inc. and mewelo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct, or as otherwise prohibited by law.

Section 10 — Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nanoom Medical Group Inc., mewelo, and their affiliates, providers, and staff from any claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Section 11 — Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except that services rendered in Maryland shall additionally be subject to applicable Maryland law where required.

Section 12 — Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
